I offer a one-week trial period that begins when the horn arrives. This is defined as seven days with the horn, and the return shipping time is not included as part of that time. If you find it is not the horn for you, please send the instrument back within this period for a full refund of the purchase price. A 5% handling fee will be waived provided that you repack the instrument carefully* and inform me of your decision prior to the return. *Cosmetic or mechanical damage to the horn while in your possession must be your responsibility and can impact your refund, so please give these horns the care they deserve. Additionally, I understand that in some cases a customer may need to extend the trial time; just let me know.
